1. Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver to all major cities and towns in Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
  • Some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable. If your area is not covered, our team will contact you immediately.

2. Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Major Cities: 3–5 working days
    • Remote Areas: 5–7 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above a certain amount (if offered during promotions).
  • Standard shipping charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Special delivery requests may incur extra charges.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared with you via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
  • You can track your order status directly through the courier’s tracking page.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will make up to two delivery attempts.
  • If undelivered, the parcel will be returned to Decent Clocks and re-shipping charges may apply if re-delivery is requested.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your parcel arrives damaged or any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours at:
  • Kindly share clear pictures or video proof to process your claim quickly.
